You can login in to your u3a U3A pages by selecting U3A from the list and entering the password for your u3a - PW. Or you can login using your own name - NAME USER and personal password - PASS - as you have just done.

You are the only person who can see or change your password. 

If you forget your password there is an option on the login page to have it emailed to you.

It is not a good idea to allow multiple people to login using your u3a name and password since this provides little security. You would be wise to make all Administrators login using their name and password.
